The Seven Pillars of Health-a book by Dr. Colbert
Friends, health is simple... godly thinking, simple movement, simple diet. We can get back to feeling good again!
Joyce Meyer had a medical doctor as her guest starting Mon, 1/28. He tells his personal life journey from health to illness and back again. As he told his story I saw myself and my husband in a number of his experiences. So, I listened and heard BASIC STEPS to regain energy and strength. Here's a thought: We need to do what WE can do for ourselves and GOD will do what we can't do. We have responsibility. We already know a lot of this so let's do it???

1. water - clean, filtered (NOT TAP) helps to reverse diseases
2. exercise - walk, move (you don't have to spend 45 minutes a day at the gym... keep moving)
3. sleep/rest - lack of sleep will speed up the aging process
4. eat living food - 50% living & 50% man made
5. detoxification (not from alcohol/drugs) from heavy metals, chemicals
6. nutritional supplements
7. coping with stress

Those were such practical tips.
I think that I will go drink some water and my daily supplement.

According to Dr. Colbert we loose about 1 pint of water JUST SLEEPING. So, every morning head for that filtered water and replenish your water needs and refresh yourself for the tasks ahead... then continue to drink throughout the day!!
