Friends, health is simple... godly thinking, simple movement, simple diet. We can get back to feeling good again!

Joyce Meyer had a medical doctor as her guest starting Mon, 1/28. He tells his personal life journey from health to illness and back again. As he told his story I saw myself and my husband in a number of his experiences. So, I listened and heard BASIC STEPS to regain energy and strength. Here's a thought: We need to do what WE can do for ourselves and GOD will do what we can't do. We have responsibility. We already know a lot of this so let's do it???
